Nordic Lighting Design Award 2020

Le Nordic Lighting Design Award 2020 (Prix de la conception de l’éclairage nordique) annonce les nominés en célébration de la Journée internationale de la lumière. L’objectif du Prix est de mettre à l’honneur les qualités particulières inhérentes à la culture nordique de l’éclairage.

Le Nordic Lighting Design Award (ou Nordisk Lyspris) a été créé par le Nordic Light en 2000. Il est principalement attribué à des installations d’éclairage remarquables, de lumière naturelle et d’éclairage artificiel, qui, de manière exemplaire combinent l’esthétique, l’architecture, la technologie, la qualité, l’énergie, la couleur, l’image, etc. L’originalité et la créativité sont une part importante de l’évaluation.

Le Comité nordique de l’éclairage se compose des organisations d’éclairage suivantes : Dansk Center for lys in Danemark, Suomen Valoteknillinen Seura en Finlande, Ljóstæknifélag Ísland en Islande, Lyskultur en Norvège et Belysningsbranschen en Suède. Le prix est décerné deux fois par an.

Organizations are proud to announce the nominees to Nordic Lighting Design Award 2020.

Projects eligible  are the national winners from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden from the past two years. These projects represent the best of Nordic Lighting Design to the Nordic lighting organisations. The purpose of The Nordic Lighting Award is to highlight the particular qualities inherent in the Nordic lighting culture.

About the award:

Nordisk Lyspris or The Nordic Lighting Design Award was created by the Nordic Light Committee in the year 2000. The Nordic Lighting Award is primarily awarded to especially remarkable lighting installations, daylight and artificial light that in an exemplary way combines aesthetics, architecture, technology, quality, energy, colour, image, profile etc.
The Nordic Light Committee consists of the lighting organisations Dansk Center for lys in Denmark, Suomen Valoteknillinen Seura in Finland, Ljóstæknifélag Ísland in Iceland, Lyskultur in Norway and Belysningsbranschen in Sweden. The award is handed out biannually and the purpose is to highlight and celebrate the special characteristics of Nordic lighting design.
